Together we walk the property inside & out to plan your DIY staging to-do list. We will show you how and what to stage, how to highlight positive features & downplay any negatives in each room. We will show you what to keep, pack, donate, toss, borrow, purchase, rearrange & more
* The fee includes 20 days of phone assistance (calls or texts) during regular business hours from the date of consult, and a return visit when the staging is complete to ensure the home is market/photo ready at no addition charge.

Redesign Consultation
This option is for homeowners & renters. A two-hour consultation will be scheduled to determine the scope of work and create a plan of action for the room or rooms to be redesigned. We will talk about your budget and determine what to buy or use from other rooms to achieve the look you want.

Decluttering Consultation
This is for those who need to prevent or rectify a hording situation. A decluttering consultation is scheduled to determine the scope of work, create a plan of action, and schedule a service date.
*The consult fee will be applied toward decluttering service if scheduled and completed.
Senior Relocation
Downsizing can be overwhelming knowing that you can't take everything with you. During the two-hour consultation we will help you determine what to take, give, donate, sell, or toss and create a plan of action.
Furniture Placement
Empty rooms in a new home can be intimidating. Not everyone is comfortable placing furniture in a new space. Together we create and implement a plan for each room of new furniture, art, rugs, and decor.
