Our Services

DIY Home Staging 

Together we walk the property inside & out to plan your DIY staging to-do list. We will show you how and what to stage, how to highlight positive features & downplay any negatives. We will show you what to keep, pack, donate, toss, borrow, purchase, rearrange & more. The fee includes up to 4 hours on site, and 30 days of help by phone during regular business hours from the date of consult. We will return to the home when the DIY staging is complete to ensure the home is market/photo ready.

Fee: $500 

Redesign Consultation

This option is for homeowners & renters. A consultation will be scheduled to determine the scope of work and create a plan of action for the room or rooms to be redesigned.

​Fee: $250 up to two hours

Decluttering Consultation

This is for those who need to prevent or rectify a hording situation. A decluttering consultation is scheduled to determine the scope of work, create a plan of action, and schedule a service date.

Consult Fee: $25*

Decluttering Fee: $65/hour

*The $25 consult fee will be applied toward decluttering service if scheduled and completed. 

Senior Relocation

Downsizing can be overwhelming knowing that you can't take everything with you. We help you to determine what to take, give, donate, sell, or toss and create a plan of action.  

Fee: $250 for up to two hours

Furniture Placement

Empty rooms in a new home can be intimidating. Not everyone is comfortable placing furniture in a new space. Together we create and implement a plan for each room of new furniture, art, rugs, and decor.

Fee: $100 per room.
